Tobin Bell (7 de agosto de 1942) é um ator estadunidensa de cinema e de TV.

Bell nasceu em Queens, Nova York e viveu maior parte da vida e, Weymouth, Massachusetts. Sua mãe, Eileen Bell, é uma grande atriz britanica.[1]

Bell tem como grande publico personagens como vilão e até mesmo serial killer; atuou como um hitman em Sydney Pollack's The Firm e como Unabomber Theodore John Kaczynski em seriados para tv.

Mas de todos os seus papeis, o mais conhecido é o consagrado vilão "Jigsaw," na série americana de filmes Jogos Mortais, aonde já participou das 4 peliculas e já confirmado em mais duas.

Bell é um grande amante de animais, possui cinco gatos e dois cachorros, onde costuma levar as vezes até aos sets de gravaçoes.

Grande amigo de Kylie Minogue.

Ele já recebeu em 2006 e 2007 a nomeação ao MTV Movie Award como melhor vilão. E já venceu o premio de maior carniceiro da revista Fuse no Chainsaw Awards.

Também já aparecey em series populares da tv como Seinfeld, La Femme Nikita, Arquivo X, Stargate SG-1, Alias, he West Wing, Familia Soprano, NYPD Blue, 24 and Walker Texas Ranger.
